the first round was an aptitude round in which they were fundamental questions about simple and compound interest and basic aptitude questions. The second round was a JAM session where we had to speak on the topic. The topic that was given to me is about INDIA and I spoke about that.

last round wasn't conducted after the long process. The rounds goes from aptitude to on spot to interview. the question were easy. the rounds also easy only. only the communication is problem

Initial round should have been AEM specific questions as it was required for the position, but they did not mention anything related to that. I just had 2 rounds, one with the HR and other with the lead.

The interview process was structured and professional. It included an initial HR screening, followed by a technical round assessing analytical skills, and a final round with the project manager discussing business scenarios and problem-solving approaches. Overall, it was insightful and fair
