First you have a call with the recruiter at Justified Talent, and then if you pass that round you would speak with the founder of the recruiter company, where the interview will be recorded and there is a role playing exercise. You are given a task which is to pitch one of Dent Global's offerings to the founder. You will get a feel from the second round whether you had passed or not, as the founder would give you verbal feedback after the role play. It's important to note (or ask for) what you could have done better during the verbal feedback, because if you get a rejection email they won't mention that in there other than how poorly you have done. They like playing hard ball during the interview, and expect candidates to spend a good amount of time (45-50 minutes at the beginning) to dive into asking about their personal lives and motivation, instead of talking about the programme itself. Also note that after the role playing round, if you pass you will go through 3 other rounds: one with the Dent team, and 2 other further assessments. It is a long process for a Senior BDM role.
