I met them at career fair and got a phone call in a few weeks for an on site interview. It was a one on one interview with a senior engineer. Since he's not a recruiter, I feel that he's really trying to know me and to learn if I can be a good investment for the company. He asked me to sell myself to him with stories of my experiences. At the end of the interview he said I will be called for another interview.
Questions included:"You need to tell me about yourself and sell yourself within this interview, so go ahead." "what do you like to do for your spare time?" "What what you do if you didn't get all the information you needed when speaking with a client in person or on the phone?" "what do you think a diary treatment process would be?"
The second interview was scheduled to be a few weeks after because their staffs were out of town. It consisted four 15min interview with 4 people. This time it was mostly to ask you what you want to do and if you are okay with traveling. It was a lot less prepared than last time.
Questions included: "How flexible are you with traveling?" "What do you really want to do with us?" "Tell me what you did with this job. What did you do in your summer internship?"
I was told that I was going to be interviewed for an entry level civil engineering position on the phone, and when I got there, the interviewer said they don't have civil positions, but if I want to do process engineering then they can consider that. I said yes that's also interesting. Yet at the third round interview they said they are currently looking for civil engineer and why am I interested in process engineer. Other than that it was good especially the first round interview.

It was a pretty lengthy process over the span of three weeks. I had a screening interview, two rounds virtually, and an in-person panel interview with seven people at their site. There were a mix of technical and situational questions, however mostly the latter.
