Submitted my application and answered a few screening questions, some about my background and some light technical questions. Then moved onto a phone screening. However upon beginning the phone screening, the recruiter told me I wasn't an appropriate fit for the role and suggested another role, ending the call within 3 minutes. I reviewed this role and informed them I didn't quite see a fit but suggested another similar role there. Received an automated reply (getting my name wrong too) within 30 minutes summarily rejecting me. The whole process was a waste of time. Be wary.
