Day 1, applied on Dematic career site. Day 2, received phone call from recruiter regarding interview schedule. Day 7, Teams interview with hiring manager Day 14, verbal offer from recruiter to verify acceptance.

First telephone interview about general technical questions and skills and work knowledge with the role manager and the service manager. It was good and positive and leaded to face to face interview. Then I interviewed with the HR and the service manager, talking in depth about the role and some general HR questions and asking about salary expectation. Then it looked quite good and they asked for the psychometric test online. a few days later they sent the link and the test took 4.5 hours!! To my surprise the level of test was so high and difficult including verbal, numerical, spacial, logical and conceptual reasoning. I believed I did it well but a week later they sent me an email that the result was not in their favorite! I guess my salary expectation was too high for them!
