Interview was great. The typical process I guess. Only critique I have was a lack of questions that allow you to demonstrate your value. It was more just a survey of your prior work experiences.

Started off good, HR person contacted me through the phone and had a pleasant conversation with her. 2nd interview was another phone call with the hiring manager I believe, this interview went good. 3rd interview was virtual over Google Meet with 2 people. This is where I totally lost all confidence in this company, the 2 interviewers had me go through a mock cold call which I thought went well. Interviewers state it was good but there were some things that I could've done differently which I can agree with. After that they had me go over line for line practically over a recorded phone call that was obviously one of them and to give samples of a open and closed ended questions and what I thought about it. Throughout the entire interview the kept stating how hard and difficult the job is and that it is a grind and not everyone makes it through. They were also very vague on how much the pay is and what benefits this company actually provides. Overall this interview was overly difficult for an entry level position, I thought I was back in honors English for a moment.
