Management wants to know that you're aware of the product, so do your homework and be aware of the basic idea of how Demandforce works, and it wouldn't hurt to do your homework on Intuit and Quickbooks. They want to know you're technical, but can also talk to people, be social and diffuse a situation quickly and efficiently. If you have a friendly voice, can take some heat on an angry call and have some technical skills in your back pocket, this job is right up your alley. They want to make sure that you're not just here for a paycheck, or that you're going to bounce jobs in a few months. Interviews with other reps and managers are in different rounds and you may even be in the office for two hours speaking with up to five people--for the *first* round. If you are called back for a second round, you usually meet with three to four people.
