Applied online, recruiter contacted me and reached out to schedule a phone interview. She was awesome! A week later I met with two managers in the San Francisco office. I interviewed separately with two different managers from two different verticals (Vet and Dental). They asked basic interview questions. Both managers asked what I enjoyed doing outside of work and in my free time. Both managers told me during the interview the team liked to go out drinking together after work and I would probably meet my new best friend at Demandforce. I'm all for that but I believe there is a time and place to have that type of conversation and during the interview is not the best time or place (in my opinion). Negative interview experience in the office. I'm not interviewing for a fraternity, look at qualifications and work experience FIRST. Sent both managers a thank you follow-up email in the end for their time and consideration.
