Got reached by a recruiter on LinkedIn with a position at Deluxe, after providing some extra details a screening interview with a Deluxe's manager was scheduled. The screening interview was ridiculous. The manager (with a shorter career than me) disregarded my entire career and was just interested in hearing answers from a top 100 java interview questions that no way someone would have memorized all that. More than two weeks later I got ghosted with no feedback from Deluxe or the recruiter, I can only assume they are not serious and professional enough.
