Extremely unprofessional and Irresponsible Behaviour Mind you this whole interview process was kicked off by the recruiter who contacted me via phone and not me applying to their role. Once they shortlisted my resume it took them over 2 Weeks to get a Technical Interview scheduled owing to the "Unavailability" of their OffShore team. The actual first round of technical interview was very Basic and asked very general questions on Java Basics and asked If I had experience in Microservices, DB etc. I am quite confident I was able to answer almost if not all of the questions with the right answer and answered confidently. There was no response for over a week, and I had to mail the recruitor for some more info and to my surprise they had not selected my profile to continue. Quitre astonished , I did ask for some feedback on why I was not considered, But as expected none was provided.

First is 2 HR interview, I took an exam via SHL, technical interview with 2 panel Java and SQL related question with live coding, final interview with directors and managers
