It was a difficult process, few rounds, including a mini-technical-project that requires to be solved in a week. Also no response from HR. Quite unprofessional and unrealiable. Had a misunderstanding about the location of the interview as well.

I went through 3 rounds of interviews. HR Screen, 2 person panel, and department head. A few basic technical questions in the panel. After the interviews I completed an aptitude test. All interviews went well in my opinion and they were very good on communication, I was ghosted which was a bit unfortunate after I spent a few hours of my time trying for the position.

I was contacted on LinkedIn by a recruiter with whom I've had a Teams meeting for about 20 minutes. I was then given a small coding challenge to solve at home. After they had reviewed it, I was scheduled for a physical interview (I was however given the chance to take it online if I wanted to) with the manager and a possible future coworker. They were both very nice and we had a dialog about the company, their experience there, my background and expectations. In regards to technical questions, they did a code review of my coding challenge and I had to explain why I had taken certain decisions in my implementation. The whole interview took about 1h 30m. It was a very pleasant and down-to-earth experience.
