I sent a resume in for a position in operations and was contacted about a week later by a recruiter who asked the basic questions (salary, etc), and then scheduled an onsite interview with a VP. The interview went well, but I was not offered a position. I was asked lots of questions about how I would approach first 90 days, and that sort of thing...the kind of stuff that a director should be prepared to answer.
