I was searching for a job. I got a call from a consultancy called Satvir. They asked me my details and scheduled a telephonic round with Delta on 29th April 2019. I had the telephonic round with basic questions on testing concepts and it was for half hour. Two days later I got the call from Satvir. I was shortlisted for technical interview on May 3rd at 10 AM in Ozone Manay office of Delta. I had interviews by a panel first. The questions included many things from testing, sql, C#, and regarding my work in current company. I was asked to wait for 30 mins upto 12 PM. Later the director interviewed me for sometime and academic record was also discussed. At 1pm, I was asked to join for lunch by a senior manager, Mr Raja. He was a nice person and the interview continued. I was asked many questions on testing and C#. I completed all the techno managerial rounds by 3:30 PM. The HR , Mr Debashis Rana came in for the final round. The compensation negotiations were completed. Two days later, I was asked to send all my documents for "Further process" to Debashis Rana. After a week, I called the HR to know my status. Mr Rana told "I am selected" over the phone. I waited for close to a month. I called the HR. Mr Rana. He told me, the delivery team has put position on hold and no guarantee on selection. I had gone from selected to on hold as per his statements. I gave up on this. It is more than a month now, no response from any one from Delta.
