They have good interview structured interview process with questions relevant to work and not the difficult leetcode problems. The rounds were 1. Assignment round with basic coding around an API Once this is cleared there is a hiring manager round to see if both candidate and the job are good fit for each other. 2. Coding round with questions around maps and hashmaps. 3. Multithreading round. Pretty in depth questions around volatile, synchronised variables. 4. HLL round 5. Managerial round with someone from US. I cleared all the rounds and was notified that I'll be getting an offer soon. Next day they shared the salary numbers as well. I just said give me 10 mins I'll think about it and confirm. And on this, they scheduled an HR round again and then stopped responding. I called for a week to get the response we are having a hiring freeze effective immediately.

Phone screening was done before in which they asked about my tech stack and why I want to change my company. In 1st round interviewer gave take home question and explained it clearly.
