An Interview was scheduled with HR followed by Coding round. A candidate applies for an open position and an interview is a 2 way process but during the interview candidate is treated as if he has not applied for an open position but begging for a job. HR needs to stop treating candidate as if they are begging for job as this attitude will never get them any good candidate.
