The recruiter reached out via LinkedIn. I felt he was too pushy to get an interview call. Then there was a phone screen with manager and then a coding exercise. This all went well and I was invited on-site. The onsite interview consisted of behavorial, 2 technical, 1 design and 2 unnecessary interviews which had no significant value.
The interview process was too long and in onsite, there were redundant rounds. I met couple of bright people, but some inexperienced as well, who need to be trained well.
5-6 rounds of interview, but interview questions were easy. I was giving interview to check where I stand in market , but did no learn much out of interview process as questions were easy, interviews not per product companies standard.

J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Delphix en janv. 2021
Entretien
Was screened by a recruiter, then talked to a manager, then talked to a software engineer who gave me a take-home coding test I had 24 hours to complete. Upon successful completion of said coding test, three live coding interviews were conducted. They covered performance tuning, design, and algorithms. Everyone with whom I spoke was very approachable and down to earth.

Question 1
I agreed not to divulge specifics, so I'll simply say that the coding test was to answer a question with data returned from an API call.
