Applied for another position but the recruiter reached out and asked to consider this as it matches my experience. I asked about an associate position but was told that I can be offered a senior position. I had an interview with the hiring manager and it went extremely well. Then I spoke to the hiring director who literally offered me the job, offered a higher salary then asked etc and promised to promote the management role after some time. After that I was rejected that I had more experience than required. Which really annoyed me. James Lock (recruiter) is a true professional when it comes to talking to people.
