It is a quite long process, there were five rounds: 1) HR (30 Mins), 2) Hiring Manager (1 hour) 3-4/ Technical (1 hour each) 5) Bar raiser (1.5 hours). Given each round takes approximately one week, overall process takes at least 1-1.5 months. That aspect is mentally difficult and pressure adds up over the time, you don't want to waste your invested time. Some rounds could be merged together to solve this. Everybody was very friendly and helpful during process. I liked all members I talked. Communication with HR and planing of rounds were very smooth and quick. Everything was perfect in organizational manner. The position was related to NLP. The technical questions always starts with my background + related projects and goes deep during the conversation. New ideas and possible approaches to ambigious problems frequently asked insted of book questions like how transformers work. It is good method but also challenging as there is probably no single correct answer. There was a strong emphasis on system design in my rounds, that I was not very familiar with.

- HR call - Takehome test - Call with manager The process has average difficulty. Takehome test includes some SQL/python related questions. You are usually asked many technical questions in call with manager.
