I applied through LinkedIn Easy Apply and got an invitation to interview by the Hiring Manager. I got up to waiting for the Coding Interview result which took the longest reply for me. They usually reply within hours or 2-3 working days. They mostly focused on culture fit and technical experience. They will send you a guide on what the recruitment process would be like and mention what will be happening on each step. I focused on those and beyond it, I read about the company and their team.
Entretien
Interview Process:
Round 1 – Online Assessment (DSA/coding questions)
Round 2 – Technical Interview with Senior Engineer
Round 3 – Live Coding
Round 4 – System Design
Outcome:
Did not proceed after the final round.
It was bad I wished, I was not there. Worst experience ever. The interview process was not good.
I had 5 interviews. HR, HM, tech interview, system design bar raiser.
Overall, the interview experience was mostly average with fairly standard questions. There were some connection issues, and at times it was difficult to clearly understand the questions. Additionally, the feedback was provided after a long delay following the final interview.
