Interview process took too long and had various stages. This could be resolved by having a panel of more than one person per interview. I found I was answering the same questions
Casual proccess. More interested in what I’m currently doing that what I could potentially be doing if I were to move across. Feels like because the roles weren’t identical that was a bit off putting for recruiter.
