Initial 30 minute phone chat with talent team/HR followed by an on site 1 hour face to face interview.
The face to face interview was a discussion about past experience and what seemed like some statements to try to get a reaction or was purely genuine about the culture at Deliveroo. For example "We hack at stuff frequently" and "We have a rough and ready approach".

Interviews well organized. Total 5 rounds . Complexity was medium. Had a very good discussion with the panelist . Not sure why they rejected. Recruiter support was not that great .

Entretien
Great! Very professional and organised, reasonably challenging, with superb support from the recruitment personnel and from the interviewers. No nonsense. The interviewers were a very technical, experienced, pragmatic and impressively motivated group of people! From their questions and from their answers to my own questions I was able to build a picture of the Company, the opportunities available and their most pressing needs. It seems to be a great place to work.

1 - phone call with the in-house recruiter
2 - on site interview with line manager
3 - on site interview with technical interview
4 - day on site, interviews covering technical, managerial and soft skills
All the interviewers were very knowledgable and friendly. During that all day onsite I had a number of normal face to face interviews and 3 role playing sessions focussing on managerial style, people skills and problem resolution.
Through the whole process I was kept up to date with progress and overall it was a very good interview experience.
