There was only a single stage interview. The panel consisted of 3 persons and was online. I was asked competency based questions in line with civil service behaviours. I answered in the STAR format, citing relevant examples from my past experience. The panellists were polite and encouraging.

Following an online Situational Judgement Test and a competency form, I was invited to interview. This involved several competency-based questions in accordance with the standard set by the Civil Service's Competency Framework.
