The interview process was very simple. It was a first round virtual interview and then a second round meeting with the hiring manager. They asked behavioral questions and what I knew about the insurance industry.

Entretien
The Interview process and hiring process was clear. A digital interview (self-recorded) was done as a preliminary screening. The second part of the interview was also clearly outlined, expectations were provided and had a few components such as a case review and a customer service roleplay. Come prepared with knowledge of the company's background and values.

Entretien
The interview was predominantly behavioral questions. We begun the interview with questions which related to my background and experience. The next set of questions were general and broad behavioral questions. The last set of questions focused on behavioral questions which related to the company's values.
