The interview process was very simple. It was a first round virtual interview and then a second round meeting with the hiring manager. They asked behavioral questions and what I knew about the insurance industry.

The second part of the interview was also clearly outlined, expectations were provided and had a few components such as a case review and a customer service roleplay.
