I interviewed with Def Method and made it through two rounds of interviews, plus a take-home skills test. HR and Product team members I interacted with were great, but I didn't hear back from them for several weeks after my last interview. I had to reach out to HR repeatedly to get an update, and the response was "Sorry, I thought that someone else had told you." It was a strange switch between solicitous and kind when I was interviewing versus after the interviews when they'd decided they didn't want me-- seems like after they write a candidate off, they don't bother with a lot of niceties.
