The Interview process was long but thorough. The recruiter was incredibly efficient in the interview process. It involved meeting with the Recruiter, Head of CS, Senior Leadership team and a client case review of churn.

Entretien
It was a good experience overall, despite not being given an offer. Adam (recruiter) was awesome throughout the entire process which was:
- Initial Screening Call
- 1 on 1 with the Hiring Manager
- 1 on 1s with current CSM team members
- 1 on 1 with a sales/account manager team member
- Panel presentation (they provided all the information/details to prepare)
Though I'm not a fan of presentations, writing assignments, or really any pre-hire "work" in the interview process, I at least appreciated that this one happened in the final interview and not earlier in the process.

I was interviewed by Adam, who was kind and professional. Although I did not advance to the next round, Adam contacted me personally to let me know. In this environment, his personal touch went a long way.
