The process was excellent, and my communication with the talent acquisition representative was fantastic. They kept me updated throughout, checking in the day after each interview to ask how it went and promptly scheduling the next one.
The process took about 4 weeks, and every phase was clear and transparent.
The interview stages were as follows:
1. Initial call with the talent acquisition representative.
2. A Zoom interview with the director to discuss the role, along with questions about how I would handle specific situations related to the role.
3. System design interview with the team leader and director (on-site).
4. HR interview (on-site).
5. VP of R&D interview (on-site).
*Steps 4 and 5 took place on the same day.
