All the interviews of the process were very warm, with nice people that makes you feel comfortable. Most of them were conversations to address challenging situations with customers and understanding the role and company's dynamic.

Tuve siete entrevistas, con distintos roles del equipo y finalmente una de fit cultural. Una de las instancias incluyó un ejercicio sobre un caso concreto. Proceso prolijo y bien comunicadas las expectativas de cada etapa.

It was conversational, however, the recruiter and hiring person were not very friendly. Seemed rather snobbish. Despite undeniable experience and qualifications, they didn’t seem to be interested in truly understanding my skill sets. It felt like trying to demonstrate I was as elite as them somehow.
