Unacceptable salary range…The interviewer was nice, but executive leadership failed here. They literally named a range that is 40-50% off the market value of the role.   I was in total shock and didn't continue the interview. For a company that is supposed to value employees and empower employers, they don't even follow their mission statement!   I made the mistake of not reading the employee reviews beforehand, which would have saved me a lot of time. There are many fake positive reviews from employees who are forced to leave them, and the negative honest reviews paint an accurate picture of what it is like to work there with a low salary.    I can't recommend this company.
