Primeira entrevista do processo de seleção, não passei para proxima etapa por nao reunir os requisitos que supostamente precisam, acredito deviam ser mais específicos nas entrevistas introdutórias.
Não achei suficientes as questões para saberem se sou uma potencial candidata para vaga,e nem ter a oportunidade de fazer uma avaliação de desempenho.

Standard process — a few rounds including an HR screening and a skills-based interview. Straightforward and professional overall. Amazing thing is you get to schedule the 4 stages to your own schedule.

Entretien
Meet with the talent specialist first. Quick and easy interview done via google teams. Followed up by a meeting with the team lead and finally with the department head. Each meeting was about 30 minutes. Booking the meetings was easy and even making a change was simple. Quite easily one of the most well organized hiring processes I have ever experienced.

Entretien
There were total four rounds of interviews, from TA to regional operational manager, they explained the current situation of company, the responsbilities of this position and the future direction. I introduced my work experiences, also answered some questions about China payroll process, including calculation, social security and income tax.
