      Process was very quick and I got the impression all interviews went well. After the 3rd (what was suppose to be the final interview) i was told that they want me in for another interview where i was told i'll be notified about the outcome within 2 weeks. After 2 weeks of hearing nothing, i emailed both recruiters and never received a response. It's been over 5 weeks since my 2nd final interview and nobody bothered to let me know that i clearly didn't get the job. They completely ghosted me. I feel like a dodged a bullet because who would want to work for a company that shows disrespect towards you, your time and is not professional enough to send a simple email after 4 interviews!

      Interviewers were friendly. First step was the 30 min basic going through your CV again with TA representative. Then a medium-long homework. Then a meeting with manager (15 mins) and a person of that team (15 mins). Not nice in terms of uncertain what to expect of 10-15 mins. Then a meeting with a couple of higher rank employees. Interesting, a decent amount of questions to see if you match what they are looking for. Then there was even a 5th step with someone from another team just to see if you are aligned with the company culture, etc., although I did not completed last step, only the previous 4.

      Something that was strange is that almost in the 4 steps there were some questions, comments, or whatever, about working on weekend, working long time for customer satisfaction, the difficulty of the company rythm, work life balance vs laboral growth, etc. Orange flag on that sense, almost red.

      My interview process with Deel was one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had. First, the recruiting staff barely seemed to know what the position entailed. Their lack of understanding made it difficult to have a meaningful discussion during the initial stages, and every time I sought interaction with them, I was assigned to a different person who knew nothing about me. I had to start over and explain my entire story repeatedly, which was incredibly frustrating. Second, the process was extremely unstructured. At the second stage, I was told I would meet the hiring manager, but instead, I was interviewed by a peer—who, to my surprise, was a junior with significantly less experience than me. This raised serious concerns about how the company values its candidates’ time and expertise. When I eventually met the hiring manager, their answers to my questions were incredibly vague. I had prepared thoughtful, detailed questions about the company’s mission and how the role aligned with it, but every response felt evasive, as if they were deliberately hiding something. Even after follow-ups, I couldn’t get clear answers, leaving me with more questions than before. After progressing to the final round, the process ended with complete radio silence. Despite my follow-ups, I received no communication from the company until an impersonal automated email informed me I wasn’t selected. Being ghosted after investing so much time is not only unprofessional but disrespectful. What’s even more disappointing is how much they brag all over the internet about being compliant and “cool.” They claim to care about transparency and values, but my experience as a candidate painted a very different picture. Overall, this experience reflected poorly on the Deel's organizational structure and values. I would advise them to significantly improve their hiring practices, starting with better preparation, transparency, and respect for candidates’ time and effort.

      El proceso de entrevista consistio en 4 etapas. La respuesta fue buena despues de las entrevistas y los entrevistadores muy agradables. El proceso fue lento pero los feedbacks fueron buenos y relativamente rapidos.
