Entretien
There were several chaotic steps in the interview process. HR call, couple of technical interviews and final round. Technical interview was hectic and weird. I was told to ‚speak faster’ several times and was interrupted all the time. In the round when I showed my portfolio I was interruped so many times that I didn’t have time to finish showing my work. At the final stage, they didn’t even know what stage of interview it was and what role I was being interviewed for. Generally, not professional and a lot of red flags.
After the interview, I was 100% sure I will not get the job and I felt like it was a bad interview because they seemed to be very unhappy through the process. To my surprice they gave me a very good offer which I have accepted … but regreted it shortly. Trust your guts guys and don’t make my mistake!

I had to prepare a case where I was asked for the regular questions, had to be prepared with a strong case that would highlight my storytelling and reasoning skills.

Entretien
All the interview rounds went great for me, except the last one. The vibe from the director felt completely off — I could sense narcissism, toxic masculinity, and a general lack of professionalism. The questions made no sense and felt more like a power play than a genuine conversation. He even mentioned that he was intentionally making the questions difficult.
When I asked what value I would gain from joining the company, his response was a clichéd, outdated pitch: “We’re the fastest-growing company, with the best designers and top-of-the-class quality.”
Honestly, I’m glad I didn’t get the job. It’s a relief not to end up in such a toxic environment.
