Recruiter sent an email to schedule an initial call, but didn't show up to that call and didn't even bother to reply with a reason why when emailed. Just a waste of time and really rude. Don't recommend applying.

In the third phase, I was tasked with two case studies involving financial and data analysis. I was given five days to analyze the data and prepare two presentations. 4. The final interview was with a senior colleague I would be closely work with, should I get the job. This interview focused on my cultural fit and technical skills, offering a more details of the role's requirements and expectations. After the interview stages were complete, I received an invitation to discuss job offer in about two weeks. It took one more month to receive the final offer. Overall, Deel's recruitment process was thorough and technically oriented, providing a clear understanding of what the job expected. All the interviewers conveyed a positive company culture, which greatly influenced my decision to accept the offer.
