My first call with Deel & PayAsia was on 13th April 2023. I got to know that I’m rejected on 9th August 2023. Even my documents were collected by the India Team, After 5 Rounds of interviews I was told I’m rejected as my skills aren’t matching to what they’re looking for. Isn’t this the first step of any interview? Still can’t figure out why they had to take 5 months & 5-6 interviews to conclude that, while I wasn’t accepting any other offers?

The I interviewer didn’t come first time and even didn’t send me a message or email. Next day he messaged that didn’t feel good. OK. We arranged the interview again. It was OK.
