It was clear throughout the interview process that the business really cares about recruiting the right person, who fits in with the dynamic and forward-thinking culture. My interview process was very positive and personable. They were happy to answer any questions I had and everyone I met was very friendly. It was clear the culture is both social and supportive. It was also evident that those I met really enjoy working at Deecon and find the job and environment very rewarding. I was given the opportunity to meet the team which I think is really important. They explained and gave examples of the good career development and mentoring opportunities at Deecon.
