The interview process is pretty standard. HR interview, and then manager's interview. I find the manager's interview a bit disrespectful and impolite. There was no impoliteness nor disrespect on my end, but they way he handled deviation from expectations in the market sizing thought process was a bit concerning. There was racial undertone comment before an abrupt end in an interview.

Entretien
I completed an online test followed by a fit interview with a case study. During the interview, I received very positive feedback: the interviewer explicitly mentioned that my background was interesting, that I was the closest to the real market size among all candidates, and that I would move on to the next round.
However, two business days later, I unexpectedly received a rejection email from HR. I reached out both to HR and to the interviewer to better understand the decision, but received no response at all.
Given the time invested in preparation and the explicit verbal feedback provided during the interview, the complete lack of follow-up was disappointing and unprofessional. It gave the impression of a poorly coordinated recruitment process and a lack of respect for candidates.

Entretien
5 interview steps.
1. Excel test
2. Interview with HR
3. Interview with Analyst/Senior Analyst
4. Case Study. You are provided with a company that is to be analyzed that they have worked with before, and you have to do a 10 minute presentation of 2 slides and a 10-20 minute Q&A.
5. In-person Meeting with HR and team
Quite a long process but the HR is very responsive. I got all the way to the 4th step before being rejected over phone and was given general feedback.
