I'm from LATAM. And got contacted through linkedin to work for decskill and they offered me relocation to Portugal. From decskill part the interviews are fair and if you have experience you won't have any problems with them. After that, it comes the visa process, Decskill will help you with their lawyer which at times is quick to reply, but other times she takes long to reply. Once you get your visa approved and printed on your passport the second phase begins. Since Decskill is a consultancy company (it sells human talent) you need to get assigned to a client before relocating to Portugal. Decskill will schedule a set of interviews with potential clients you could work with. Once a client accepts you, Decskill will book you a flight ticket to Portugal. Q/A Can't Decskill book a flight before assigning me a client? Yes they can, but they won't. Will I get paid in the Interviews-phase with the clients? No you won't get paid. In fact, if you ever lose the client, they won't pay either. You only get paid as long as you are actively working for a client. What happens if the visa expires and I didn't get a client and didn't travel to portugal? Legally you can't travel anymore to Portugal. Decskill won't guarantee you anything. It all depends in one of their clients.
