The interview process included a skills test, personality assessment, and both digital and in-person interviews. They highly prioritize a value and culture match overall, with skills being valued but not the only factor in the hiring process.

Question 1
Most of the questions focused on scenarios with people and how you handled them, rather than skills-related questions. Some questions that took me off guard and that were not in typical previous interview prep were "Who do you look up to?" and "What are you reading/learning about right now?"
