I had 2 telephone interviews, I expected a video interview to be able to see the interviewer's face and have a better sense of the company culture but this did not happen. The last stage was a very straightforward task that I wasn't able to present, I personally think this was unfair but each company has their way of doing things so not a big deal for me. I received a standard rejection email with very little feedback and a rather 'cold' approach. I was happy to not have been selected as thoughout the years of experience I have, I learned that I wouldn't want to work for a company that doesn't respect the time an effort one puts into the interview process and then rejects them with a standard email.
