First step of the interview process was a phone screen with HR.
Then a video interview with 4 upper management individuals.
On-site interview with 6 upper management individuals.

Entretien
Everything about this interview was done with the utmost professionalism. Paul Nosal, the HR Director, was prompt, courteous, and communicative. The initial phone "interview" was a little surprising but the follow up interview with a three person panel was very interesting as well as informative. With Customer Service, Finance, and HR present in the interview, I had a great opportunity to begin to see some of the interaction, planning, and culture at DU.
