Mainly an online interview with both the HR representative and the Section head the interview was mainly a general Questions about sport , personality ,previous experiences nothing technical , i did not pass so i am not sure if there were any other steps and i cant remember if i asked about the whole selection phases during the interview

The interview process took nearly five months, partly due to organizational changes. I met with a large number of team members during this time. Unfortunately, despite the lengthy process, I did not receive an offer.

it was a collective interview where you get to do sports and meet new people
after sports, split into groups for case study and presentation.
overall the experience itself is like no other and it was pretty chill
