It was through Decathlon Recruitment Day, a Sports based interview which included 3 different round of different physical activities like circuit running, beep test and team sports. The main motive of the sports round was not to test the physical well being of the candidate but to test the competitive spirit , team work and leadership qualities . Once selected in the sports round, there's a panel interview and best part got to get the results the same day.
