Interview was in the form of playing games, doing circuits. I think they wanted to assess your personality, teamwork, collaboration skills. The day started with everyone doing self-introduction, mass workout, then we were split into groups and were asked to come up with a game using the materials provided, as a group. Each group has to try out every other group's game.
Afterwards during the short break, some people were pulled aside and told that they will not be continuing with the next activity (meaning that they were rejected), including me. I appreciate the staff telling me the reason why though, at least I was not left wondering why I got rejected.

I applied by passing my CV straight to the manager of the running and fitness manager as my friend was already working there. I have then been contacted by email to arrange an interview. It was with the manager who asked me basic question about my work experience and my myself.

If they are doing Group Interview, there will be a few stages of elimination:-
1. Introduction - if u cant introduce yourself well, u will be eliminated on the spot
2. Group Activity (Most crucial) - They expect u to learn and adapt pretty fast, if u cant complete the task perfectly and on time.. u will be eliminated... This is where most candidates fail including me. They will not tell you what's wrong and no chance to redo the tasks. Maybe there's a reason why the reviews on Jobstreet are mostly appointing to their poor management and equal opportunity.
If u read this, goodluck with the interview :)

They will make group interview and you will be evaluated by their leaders all the time. There will be elimination stages and only a few will be chosen for the actual interview. Very intense hiring process as they are very strict with their standards like how they fold their shirts, towels etc. From there, they already know who they want to eliminate. Pretty unfair because you have only one chance to do it right. The staff there also will keep avoiding eye contact. It feels like you're not welcome there.
