After applying online, I was invited to send a 2 minute video introduction. Once you have sent the video, they are quick to reply about the next step, which is a full day of interviews. You would need to prepare a presentation on your chosen sports category (e.g. swimming, cycling, hiking) with the strategy to grow the category and a financial analysis for the next year. The day started with about 30 people and after the presentation, they cut out half the candidates. The next 2 rounds are on the same day and are 1:1 interviews with the category managers. If you pass all that, you will make it to the final round, a 1:1 interview with the Director of Supply Chain. At the end of the assessment day, there was about 3 people left. If you fail at any round, you do not need to continue with the rest of the day.
Most of the questions asked were scenario based to find out more about your leadership, communication and team work skills.

A full day event with situational tests and multiple 2-on-1 interviews (in the Singapore office). While it was a tad disappointing that I did not get the job, what was more disappointing was the lack of response/feedback from the company, especially since the interviewing personnel (one of whom was called Jamea) promised to give all of us some feedback regardless of whether we were accepted or rejected. I also proactively reached out via email and messaging to ask for some feedback, but there was no response.
Granted, the company has absolutely no obligation to provide us this post-interview feedback - it's just that there was so much promise and such a lively and wonderful vibe during the day of interview, so it was extremely disappointing that the outcome turned out to be so silent. Interview rejections are part and parcel of the whole job search process, so I could understand, for whatever reasons, I was rejected. But the absence of response from the interviewers paints a picture of poor responsibility and accountability within this organisation.
