Entretien
A fun and intuitive interview process which involved GDs and sports as well. They begin with a questionnaire and then a sports round and as you move forward, they start shortlisting candidates.
Applications are usually initially made based on recommendations from colleagues. This is followed by a two-stage interview process. If the first interview with the head of the sports department is successful, a second interview is conducted with the store manager, and the process is evaluated.

Easy, collective interview initially before proceeding to a one on one interview with the department manager. Different interview date with the store leader. Basic interview questions, nothing too difficult. Perfect for first-time job seekers.
