The recruitment process had around 7 rounds, 3 out of which were held at my college and the rest physical tests and final interview were held at one of their stores in Delhi.

Applications are usually initially made based on recommendations from colleagues. This is followed by a two-stage interview process. If the first interview with the head of the sports department is successful, a second interview is conducted with the store manager, and the process is evaluated.
