the interview process was composed of two rounds, first a group round were all candidates were together and were supposed to solve an imaginary issue and an individual round where we other questions were asked, more on the candidate.

Question 1
How would you order goods at different prices? imagine to have three different rows of goods with 3 different increasing prices, now imagine the goods that are middle priced are sold out, how would you reorganize the other goods?
Standard interview questions. Would be great if candidates are passionate about sports. Questions on how you fit in with the company values. Follow up on external commitments, flexibility to working on both weekends etc

Easy and fast - depending on location.
Do not apply through website. Try to find someone who is working inside and ask them to contact the manager for vacancies. Two different interviews usually unless there is an urgency.
