It was well planned pocess!! First they gave an interaction round. The second round was fitness round which included more team activities and how we communicated and played in the team. Final round was the HR round.

the interview process started to be decent where i formally introduced myself and spoke to the interviewer and later they started asking questions, but it felt like they are not even interested to interview anyone..

sono stato contattato tramite l'università. la giornata di selezione ha previsto la presentazione dell'azienda e della posizione aperta, successivamente un simulazione di gruppo con altri candidati per osservare il comportamento in una situazione pratica e successivamente (nel corso della stessa giornata) un colloquio singolo.

Fourth Round : Live Our Life Program
Three - Four Days Life at Decathlon Branch
They will assign you to a specific department like CRM, Sales etc
And then INTERN and Final Call
