After the interview with the hiring manager I received an assignment that took time but wasn't too hard, waited over than 4 weeks the get a generic email that I'm not moving forward without feedback at all.
I tried to reach them for feedback but still didn't get an answer

Entretien
The interview process began well with a friendly and efficient HR Zoom interview, followed by a technical interview that focused on my experience, client communications, and CRM knowledge. The home assessment involved configuring their platform, which I completed and provided personal feedback on. Communication was fast and friendly throughout these steps.
However, after these steps, there was a significant delay in response. Despite my attempts to follow up, I received a decline without any explanation. Requests for detailed feedback were ignored, leaving me feeling disappointed.
