I sent a resume and was called for a group interview. It was not really an interview but a presentation about what the job and the company. The presenter then gave a chance for the applicants to ask questions but would not give the hiring range of the position. The presenter said HR would send us links to go to sites to continue the process. The links were to a very detailed personal info sheet and to a test consisting of personality questions and some math questions.

The interview was clear and transparent. Clear expectations were set and met. The recruiter worked really hard to get me to start by my desired start date. The final interview was personable and relaxed.
