This interview was a three-part process: 1.) phone screen interview 2.) in-person interview 3.) asked to design a bus shelter ad as part of this process I put a decent amount of time into this. I studied the market, I researched their competition, I developed a logo for them, I mocked it up for the bus shelter, and I articulated the campaign. Even after the two interviews and the gratis work, I never received any heard from them again. Not even a generic rejection letter. I called and emailed but no reply. Pretty lame.
